Dr. Judy Zinn

Dr. Zinn graduated from Oklahoma State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 1985. She obtained her first Scottish Fold cat in 1988 and has been an avid feline fan ever since. She actively bred and showed her Scottish Folds for 12 years. Her goal to open a "cats only" veterinary practice was achieved in 1996 when Feline Specialties opened for business. Dr. Zinn enjoys training dogs as she was a Canine Handler for the Oklahoma Task Force. She, along with her retired Search and Rescue dog, Royce, would respond to disasters and search for survivors hidden in collapsed buildings and rubble. She also shares her home with one other dog (Newt), and two cats (Paulie & Bob). When Dr. Zinn has a spare moment she enjoys gardening and spoiling her grandchildren.

Dr. Jennifer O'Cain

Dr. O'Cain received her veterinary medicine degree from Oklahoma State University in 1998. (GO POKES!!) She began working at Feline Specialties soon after graduation. Dr. O'Cain and her husband Brian share their house with several cats that have been rescued. When she is not at work, she spends most of her time with her family and friends, reading, and cycling. During football season, she can be found at every OSU home game, cheering on the Cowboys.

Dr. Emily Palmer

Dr. Palmer graduated from Oklahoma State University in 2019 where she began working alongside Dr. O'Cain and Zinn immediately after. Many may recognize her as she had her fourth year veterinary student rotation here, and she fell in love with the cat only facility! She and her husband share a home with two dogs and two cats. When she isn't spending her time at the clinic, she enjoys spending time outdoors, gardening, fishing, or traveling the world sightseeing!
